Hoanhni Nguyen, CSP, CEAS I – Chair

Hi, I’m Hoanhni (Honnie). With over 13 years of experience in safety management across recycling, logistics, construction, and facilities, I’m excited to serve as the new Chapter WISE Chair alongside Tiffany Barnett, Co-Chair. My goal is to support the growth and advancement of women in safety, fostering strong safety cultures and amplifying diverse voices. Tiffany Barnett, M.Eng, CSP – Co-Chair

Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in ESH and enterprise risk management, with her most recent role as Assurance Manager for the National Ignition Facility and Photon Sciences at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. In this role, my focus will be on strengthening how we connect and share information across the section, making it easier for members to stay informed, get involved, and find value in WISE activities. Josie Ramos – Events Coordinator

Josie Ramos is a Safety Consultant with expertise in ergonomics and safety, currently employed at BSI Consulting Services. She is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and Women in Safety Excellence (WISE), where she volunteers as the Vice President of Special Events. Josie specializes in developing and managing safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing ergonomic practices, among other services. Throughout her career, she has assisted organizations in identifying hazards, implementing safety protocols, and training staff to create a strong safety culture. Josie stays informed about industry trends and values collaboration to improve safety standards. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her dogs, Pakko and Snowii. Josie believes that maintaining a balanced life contributes to overall safety and well-being. She is passionate about inspiring others to prioritize safety.
Diana Morales – Secretary and Communications

Diana is an active member of the ASSP San Francisco Chapter and currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee. In her new role supporting WISE (Women in Safety Excellence), Diana is dedicated to revitalizing the WISE section for the chapter, enhancing member engagement, and strengthening the community of women safety professionals. She is focused on re-vamping WISE communications and events, ensuring that members have access to meaningful networking and professional development opportunities.
Diana has a proven track record of supporting ASSP sub-sections, including Grapevine, and is committed to fostering connections across diverse industries. As a Business Development Manager at Chubb Risk Consulting, she brings six years of EHS consulting experience, leveraging her client management skills to deliver and advance health and safety solutions.
Currently pursuing her degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety, Diana is passionate about advancing the safety profession and building strong professional relationships.
